From our studio to your door.

Every Vonderly card ships from our studio in Jaffna, on the northern tip of Sri Lanka. Here are the options, the timelines, and exactly what to expect.

Delivery times are estimates from the day your order is dispatched, not guarantees, and can shift with customs and carrier handling.

Processing time

Dispatched in 1 to 3 business days.

We pack our cards from stock, so most orders leave the studio within one to three business days of your order. If something is briefly out of stock, we contact you with an expected dispatch date.

Where we ship

Most of the world.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and most of Europe. Carrier options and delivery windows for each destination appear at checkout before you confirm.

Tracking

A number by email.

You receive a tracking number once your order ships. DHL Express is fully tracked in real time, EMS Speed Post updates at key transit points, and Sri Lanka Post standard has limited tracking.

Customs and duties

Set by your country.

Any import duties or taxes are set by your destination country and are not included in the card price. Most single-card orders arrive with no duty, but thresholds vary by country and change over time. Where a charge applies, it is the recipient's responsibility.

If it is delayed or has not arrived

We chase the carrier.

Delivery estimates can be affected by customs, carrier backlogs, and peak-season volume. If tracking shows no movement for five or more working days past the estimated window, or a package is marked delivered but has not reached you, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.

If a card arrives damaged, send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you in full, with no return required. Full detail is on the returns page.
